Optics Warehouse® with total confidence. Our proprietary online
ordering system is fully protected by our secure server. The secure
server software (SSL) encrypts all the information you provide
before it is sent to us. You can rest assured that your information
will not be compromised and that you are not exposed to any risk
whatsoever. You have our word on it! We guarantee that your purchasing
information will not be shared with any other parties nor will
it be stored longer than the time necessary to process your transaction.
How to Order
We accept Visa and MasterCard. All orders are processed using our secure
server and are 100% safe as well as quick and easy. Simply add
items to your 'Shopping Cart' and when you are ready to checkout
press the 'Checkout' button. Or just press the 'Buy It Now'
button and proceed directly to checkout. It's that simple.
If you'd rather not purchase online using your credit card you
can email your order and payment details and we can enter your
order into the system manually. Otherwise, email us for instructions
on how to pay using money orders, bank transfers and personal
checks.
Privacy
Kalinka Optics Warehouse® is committed
to protecting your privacy. We take preserving your trust very
seriously and therefore we do NOT disclose names, e-mail addresses,
mailing addresses, telephone numbers, or any other information
about our online customers to third parties.
Shipping
US Shipping Information
Kalinka Optics Warehouse® ships
most items from our South Carolina office using USPS. Occasionally
an item will be shipped directly from the warehouse if it is
not in stock at the office. Orders are shipped with delivery
confirmation to ensure you receive your package. Larger/more
expensive orders are shipped with signature confirmation also.
The average USPS transit time for orders shipped Priority Mail
is 1-3 days for the lower 48. Shipping charges are shown when
an item is added to your shopping cart. Great Prices and Great

Canadian and International Shipping Information
Kalinka Optics Warehouse® ships
international orders from either our South Carolina office or
our European warehouse depending on transit times and costs.
International orders are delivered by your country's postal
service. All packages are shipped with insurance however online
tracking is not available. We ship daily internationally but
all orders are verified first which takes a few days. We do
this to cut down on fraudulent orders. Some military items may
be delayed in shipping if export license paperwork is required
to be submitted by us first. We make no guarantees about your
local customs obligations but the majority of orders have no
customs taxes due. Shipping transit time is generally 5-20 days
and total time from placing your order after verification and
any necessary paperwork is about 7-35 days depending on where
you live. Note that we do not ship to Eastern Europe, South
& Central America, Central Asia, the Middle East, Africa and
all other high-fraud areas.
Return and Exchange Policy
The key to any successful business is putting the customer first.

and being responsive to customer needs including returns,
refunds, special orders, and exchanges. We guarantee you will
be 100% satisfied or your money back. We will happily provide
a full refund on any purchase within 15 days of the date
you receive the item NO QUESTIONS ASKED (*).
We are very easy to deal with concerning returns and will go
the extra mile to make sure you are able to return anything you
do not want. However, it is imperative that you write us and
request a Return Authorization Number and clearly write this
number on the outside of your return package. We will not accept
returned packages which do not have the RA # clearly written on
the box. To apply for a Return Authorization Number, send your
name, the item name and the reason for return to info@kalinkaoptics.com.
A Return Authorization packing slip will be prepared for you.
Simply follow the directions and your return will be processed.
Returned items must be in new and unused condition. "New
and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or
blemishes on the item, lost or stolen parts, damage due to personal
misuse or negligence; there are no signs of wear on the product,
the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized
or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with
any indication that it has been used. In addition, returned items
must be accompanied by their original documentation. All items
properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund
or a store credit, at your option. If you choose a refund, the
full purchase price (excluding shipping) will be credited to the
same form of payment used for the original purchase or by a bank
money order made payable to the buyer within seven business days
of receipt of the return. Kalinka Optics can not be responsible
for return shipping costs under any circumstances except if we
clearly shipped you an item that was an neither what you ordered
or an upgrade for an out of stock item. Original shipping charges
are also non-refundable. In no event will Kalinka Optics Warehouse®
be responsible for return-shipping losses. Your return item must
be returned in the original packing materials and container. Kalinka
Optics Warehouse® will
not accept any item that is not returned in the manner set forth
