This great side mount is manufactured by the same factory that makes Vepr rifles. The mount is designed for SKS, Mosin-Nagant, Mauser rifles with an installed side mounting rail. It's great for Zastava M76 with 'high' side rail. If your rifle does not have an installed rail, you can find a full selection in our 'Side Rails' section. This mount has never been available in the West until now and is very difficult to find even in Russia. This special design both centers the weaver rail over the centerline of the weapon and provides the lowest mounting platform available for ideal cheek weld. There is no other mount on the market that we know of which is both centered and ultra low profile! The Ultima version sits 2 cm lower than the Extra Low Profile version. The extended Weaver rail gives you great flexibility in ring placement for ideal scope eye relief. High grade silumin construction to last a lifetime. Don't forget to order optional rings.
